Combined application of electrolysed water and ultrasound to improve the sanitation of knives in the meat industry

This study investigated the effect of the combination of basic electrolysed water (BEW) and slightly acid electrolysed water (SAEW) with ultrasound (US) for cleaning and sanitation of the knives used in slaughtering processes. The knives were sonicated in a US bath using two modes of operation (normal and sweep) in two steps: (i) 5 min with BEW and (ii) 10 min with SAEW at 35 °C. The microbiological counts and the possible changes in the physical structure of the knives were evaluated. The association BEW + SAEW + US, in the sweep mode, provided lower mesophilic, enterobacterial, Staphylococcus aureus and yeast counts when compared to the values recommended by the international legislation. In addition, these conditions removed all organic residues from the knife blades and promoted the highest migration rate of the residues to the US water bath (12.35 mg/L·min), without modifications in the knife blades. Thus, cleaning and sanitation of knives was feasible with the association of BEW + SAEW + US, which could be a useful alternative for the meat industry.     

公民水素养评价表征因素模型构建与分析

针对我国水资源紧缺、水生态损害、水环境污染等相关水问题,以提升全民爱水惜水节水护水的意识和能力为目标,从水素养概念出发,通过扎根理论质性研究方法对公民水素养评价的表征因素进行筛选和提炼,最终得出包含水知识、水态度、水行为为主范畴的10个表征因素并运用解释结构模型(ISM)深入剖析各因素之间的内在联系。在此基础上建立了3级多层次递阶结构模型,进一步精确描述系统各要素两两之间的直接关系。结果表明:公民水素养评价的表征因素自上而下形成了表象层、中间层和根源层等3个层级,可直观、清晰地反映表征因素之间的递阶、层级关系;水态度在各表征因素中具有调节作用以及各表征因素之间存在内在逻辑关系。研究成果为提高公民水素养水平提供一定的科学依据和政策参考。     

薄膜铂电阻元件稳定性测试与分析

高端军事应用环境对测温传感器提出了小结构、高精度、良好的长期稳定性等要求,采用溅射方式制备的薄膜铂电阻元件成为了首选。通过分析薄膜铂电阻元件的结构、工艺,探讨影响稳定性的主要因素,包括薄膜缺陷、杂质、电迁移、结构封装应用与温度应力等。选择薄膜铂电阻在水三相点下的电阻值作为稳定性的比较基准,设计了一款不大于3mK的高精度测试系统。通过对薄膜铂电阻元件进行高温电寿命试验和温度冲击试验,评估得出薄膜铂电阻元件长期稳定性达到10mK,满足设计需求。     

高职院校计算机理实一体化实训室建设的探索

The integration of computer theory and practice in higher vocational colleges is the necessary condition to realize the train- ing of professional talents and improve the comprehensive quality of skilled talents. It is also the problem that needs to be solved first in the teaching of computer major in higher vocational colleges. This paper firstly introduces the definition and connotation of the integration of computer theory and practice, discusses on its construction objectives and basic concepts, then analyzes the con- struction value of the integration of computer theory and practice, including the contents of employment, professional teaching, cur- riculum supporting and qualification examination, finally discusses on the construction scheme of the training room of the integra- tion of computer theory and practice, and gives the objective evaluation of the construction results, hoping to effectively improve the level of the integration of computer theory and practice, and achieve the sustainable development of teaching.

基于CDIO工程教育的应用型人才培养 理论与实践研究 — —以红外多路遥控系统设计为例

The construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges is in full swing. However, due to the cognitive bias and the lack of construction paradigm for reference, the construction of specialty groups is still in the period of "crossing the river by feeling the stones" with different opinions. There are some problems in the construction of specialty groups, such as unclear under- standing of the concept of specialty groups, unreasonable logic of groups, unclear construction of groups, and nonstandard manage- ment of groups. This paper describes the specific content of the construction of modern information technology specialty group based on the Sydney Agreement, hoping to form a reference paradigm for the construction of specialty group of similar colleges and universities.     

Zone model predictive control for pressure management of water distribution network

In the water distribution network (WDN), although the water demand of the node is changing constantly, the water quantity and water pressure of the node need to be met at each moment. To realize energy saving and consumption reduction, it is proposed to control the nodal water head of WDN in an appropriate narrow range. The frequent large fluctuation of the water demand, which may lead the water pressure exceed the expected range, increases the difficulty of the zone control. To realize optimized WND control, a novel zone predictive control is proposed, where two switching cases are considered. The switching condition is whether there are feasible solutions to keep the pressure within the expected region over the prediction horizon. When the condition is satisfied, the controller minimizes the variation of inputs with constraints of pressure range for ensuring the tank level staying within the expected zone and obtaining optimal economic cost. When the current pressure is out of the expected region or the condition is not satisfied due to the large variation of water demand, a reference trajectory of outputs is introduced, which is combined with the inputs as an optimization variable, and the constraints of expected zone are moved from the output to the introduced reference trajectory. Through minimizing the distance between reference trajectory and output, the controller will keep the tank level from deviating too far from the expected zone and will drive the tank level rapidly into the expected zone once the tank level exceeds the expected range. An application of the proposed zone MPC to WDN in Shinan District of Shanghai is given to illustrate its effectiveness.     

空冷器用高压水清洗与雾化降温系统集成设计与开发

高压水清洗系统和喷淋降温系统分别是春季保持空冷器翅片表面清洁和夏季保证空冷器在高温下正常运行的2个重要辅助系统。针对喷淋系统的缺点研究了高压射流雾化技术,通过试验论证了高压水清洗与雾化降温系统集成的可行性和合理性。根据设计思路开发的集成系统已在山西某项目获得应用并取得了良好的使用效果,此高压水清洗与雾化降温集成系统中高压水发生装置及介质输送管路共用,产生的高压水射流雾化颗粒可达到60μm,夏季降温效果较传统喷淋降温效果大幅提升,水资源的利用率得到极大提高,系统性价比更高。     

精细注水配套工艺技术优化研究

本文通过对注水配套工艺的优化研究,有效提高奈曼油田分注率和配注合格率,提高精细注水开发效果。     

浅析火力发电厂汽水系统中内径管与外径管的设计选择

按照管道加工工艺的不同,管道可分为内径控制管和外径控制管。通过热轧工艺生产的外径控制无缝钢管,可满足火力发电厂汽水系统中绝大部分管道的使用要求。对于超(超)临界机组的主蒸汽和高温再热蒸汽管道采用的P91/P92材质的大口径厚壁无缝钢管,由于对材料性能和加工工艺有特殊要求,因此宜采用内径控制管。
